Bellwether Infant Formula Trial to Proceed After Besting Mead Johnson's Preemption Challenge

Jury selection is expected to begin in the case Aug. 13 in the Northern District of Illinois with opening arguments to follow Aug. 17. Currently, 825 cases over the claims are pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
