Randall & Quilter completes acquisition of legacy captive

Bermuda-based Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd., a nonlife run-off insurance specialist, has completed the acquisition of IC Insurance from its U.K.-based indirect owners AstraZeneca U.K. Ltd. and Imperial Chemical Industries Ltd.
