We asked five leading AI models where to travel—and two destinations came out on top. Heidelberg ranked first in Germany, while Rome led Europe, both scoring 94.4 out of 100. The MEININGER Hotels analysis asked ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity to rate 100 popular destinations in Germany and 100 across Europe, along with each place’s biggest annual event.
