IHG Launches App in ChatGPT, Plans Conversational AI Search for Digital Channels

IHG Hotels & Resorts has launched an app in ChatGPT to enable users to search, compare, and explore its hotels, and will soon add conversational AI search capabilities to IHG.com and the IHG One Rewards app.
