CoStar U.S. Hotel Forecast Assumptions – August 2026

STR and Tourism Economics raised their 2026 U.S. hotel outlook after strong demand continued into Q2 and World Cup premiums boosted pricing. Full-year RevPAR is now forecast to grow 4.4%, supported by a 1.7% increase in demand and 3.1% ADR growth.
