Australia Faces Potential Shortfall of 185,000 Student Accommodation Beds

CBRE Research estimates Australia could have unmet demand for about 185,000 purpose-built student accommodation rooms, while a planned pipeline of 34,000 beds through 2029 would raise sector penetration from 7% to only about 9%.
