Zimbabwe restores electricity after blackout
Zimbabwe suffered a power blackout in most parts of the country for more than two hours on Friday due to a "system disturbance", before engineers restored supply, the power utility said. Fullard Gwasira, spokesman for state-owned ZESA electricity company said a sub-station in central Zimbabwe that feeds the capital and most parts of the country had tripped, leading to loss of power.
