Zambia opposition leaders arrested: police

Zambian police said on Wednesday they had arrested the president and deputy leader of the country's main opposition party. United Party for National Development president Hakainde Hichilema and his deputy Geoffrey Mwamba were arrested on suspicion of sedition, the police said.
