US fourth quarter growth revised up to 1.4%

The US economy grew faster than first estimated at the end of 2015, expanding at a rate of 1.4 percent, the Commerce Department reported Friday. For the full year the US economy grew 2.4 percent, the same pace as 2014, with the negative impact of the strong dollar on exports, and the energy industry crunch after the collapse of oil prices, both limiting gains.
