US envoy in Uganda to encourage Burundi peace talks

KAMPALA, Uganda (AP) — A U.S. envoy is in Uganda to encourage talks to resolve Burundi's political crisis, a Ugandan official said Friday as the international community urged negotiations without pre-conditions.
