Tropical Storm Henri makes landfall in the US Northeast

As Hurricane Henri moves closer to its expected rare landfall in the Northeast Sunday, heavy rain has already saturated many areas, posing flooding danger for millions and even some suggestions to evacuate from the storm's path.
