South Africa's Eskom imposes 'Stage 1' blackouts

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South African power utility Eskom said on Sunday it would be imposing 'Stage 1' rolling blackouts from 1500-2000 GMT to ease pressure on the grid.
