Russia's Putin: Panama papers are 'provocation'

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday media reports about offshore accounts in Panama were a "provocation" and the German newspaper behind the leaks was beholden to U.S. bank Goldman Sachs .
