Russia's Putin: Panama papers are a 'provocation'
Media reports about offshore accounts in Panama are a "provocation", Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday, blaming U.S. officials and U.S. bank Goldman Sachs for attempts to influence Russian elections.
