Russian PM Mikhail Mishustin has coronavirus, Kremlin announces

During a Thursday video conference call with President Vladimir Putin, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced he's been diagnosed with the novel coronavirus and will begin self-isolating.
