RNC chair defends convention rules

Defending the party nominating process which Donald Trump has repeatedly blasted as "rigged" by insiders, Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus said Friday that the party is using the same process that elevated Republican icon Abraham Lincoln more than 150 years ago.
