Rasmus, Wieters, Anderson accept qualifying offers

NEW YORK (AP) — Houston outfielder Colby Rasmus, Baltimore catcher Matt Wieters and Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Brett Anderson became the first three players to accept qualifying offers rather than remain free agents.
