Pink Floyd to put out unreleased tracks in box set

Pink Floyd will put out previously unreleased tracks as part of a giant box set that explores the experimental rock legends' foundations, the band's label said Thursday. "The Early Years - 1965-1972," which will go on sale November 11, will feature 27 CDs that cover rare outtakes and live performances as the English band made its name, Sony Legacy Records announced. The 1967 song was written by founding member Syd Barrett, who left the band soon afterward as he struggled with mental illness.
