Oil eases as concern over no-cut from OPEC bites
Crude oil prices fell on Tuesday, paring earlier gains, on the back of growing investor concern about the potential for global oversupply to increase and prices to fall further after OPEC's policy meeting later this week. The European Central Bank will announce its latest policy decision on Thursday, OPEC's decision on output is due on Friday along with U.S. monthly jobs numbers, meaning oil prices have been, by and large, hemmed into a range of no more than $4 for the last week.
