Officials: Corporation will oversee new Hudson rail tunnel

NEW YORK (AP) — Officials in New York and New Jersey announced an agreement Thursday to create a corporation to oversee plans to build a rail tunnel under the Hudson River, a project that is part of a major initiative that could wind up costing more than $20 billion.
