Official says bogus Jared Loughner lawsuit dismissed

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — Federal authorities are investigating the bogus lawsuit filed in the name of the man who shot former U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and 18 others in Tucson five years ago.
