Obama to convene National Security Council before leaving for G20

US President Barack Obama will convene his National Security Council before leaving for the G20 summit in Turkey, the White House said Saturday. Obama is to leave Saturday afternoon for the meeting of leaders of the G20 developed nations, according to his agenda. "Those who think that they can terrorize the people of France or the values that they stand for are wrong," Obama said in a hastily convened appearance before reporters at the White House.
