NATO alliance gets new supreme commander

CASTEAU, Belgium (AP) — NATO's new supreme allied commander, U.S. Army Gen. Curtis Scaparrotti, said Wednesday the alliance should consider what weaponry it could provide so Ukraine can better combat a pro-Moscow insurgency.
