N. Korea 'fires 5 short-range projectiles'

North Korea fired several short-range projectiles from near Hamhung city, South Hamgyong province, on the country's east coast, at 3.19 p.m. local time (2.19 a.m. ET) Monday, according to the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff.
