'Moral Day of Action' rallies focus on workers, poor, sick

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Activists nationwide are holding rallies and calling on elected officials to support what they call a "moral public framework" to protect the poor, minorities, the sick and other disenfranchised people.
