Metallica planning first album in eight years

Heavy metal band Metallica is coming out with its first album in eight years, the group announced Thursday. The rockers' 11th studio album will be called "Hardwired... To Self-Destruct" and go on sale in November, the band said. "It really does exist! We know it's been a long time coming, but today we proudly introduce you to 'Hardwired... To Self-Destruct,' the long awaited next Metallica studio album," the band said on its Facebook page.
