Meta announces major changes in fact checking and content moderation

Meta, the parent of Facebook, said it will eliminate traditional fact-checking and will rely instead on community notes. The move was part of a pivot to a new emphasis on free speech. Meta will also allow more politics to enter users' feeds. NBC News' Hallie Jackson reports.
