Menendez brothers’ resentencing hearing delayed

The long-awaited resentencing hearing for Lyle and Erik Menendez was postponed indefinitely after both sides’ attorneys fought over whether the judge should consider a comprehensive risk assessment prepared by the California Parole Board. Lawyers for Menendez announced plans for a motion to recuse the LA District Attorney. NBC News’ Liz Kreutz was there.
