Major flooding continues in Florida as death toll rises after Milton

There were urgent rescues near Tampa and beyond nearly two days after Hurricane Milton swept through Florida. At least 17 people have died from the storm, and many people were still waiting to return to homes that may have been wiped out. NBC News' Sam Brock reports.
