Low turnout seen in Hungary referendum on EU refugee quotas

BUDAPEST, Hungary (AP) — Hungarians voted Sunday in a referendum called by Prime Minister Viktor Orban's government to bolster its opposition to any future, mandatory European Union quotas for accepting relocated asylum seekers.
