Low turnout in Zanzibar vote re-run as opposition boycotts

ZANZIBAR, Tanzania (AP) — A low turn-out characterized a re-run of an election for the president of Zanzibar, the semi-autonomous archipelago off the coast of Tanzania, as opposition parties boycott the poll.
