Lebanese minister resigns over Hezbollah domination

BEIRUT (AP) — Lebanese Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi resigned from the Cabinet Sunday, saying the militant Hezbollah group dominates the government and is harming Beirut's relations with Arab countries.
