Lavish celebrations for Mugabe's birthday, despite drought

HARARE, Zimbabwe (AP) — Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe has marked his 92nd birthday Sunday with private celebrations while a massive event is planned for next week amid the country's widespread drought.
