Julian Zelizer: Obama's legacy is in jeopardy

Today's vote in the House of Representatives should be a loud wake-up call for anyone who has been dismissing President Trump. The vote to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act demonstrates the serious threat that the President, when he is able to work in tandem with the Republican Congress, poses to President Obama's legacy.
