Judge jabs Confederate emblem as he dismisses flag lawsuit

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — A federal judge Thursday dismissed a lawsuit that sought to have the Confederate battle emblem on the Mississippi flag declared an unconstitutional relic of slavery.
