In the US, Latino voters lie low

Dolores Rios is a permanent US resident from Mexico and doesn't have the right to vote. Members of her Latino community, even those who are citizens, hardly turn out on US election day. "Politics comes after the economy for me," she said amid mounds of dough in the back room of a bakery in West Liberty, Iowa.
