House passes defense bill that still hampers closing Gitmo

WASHINGTON (AP) — The House on Thursday overwhelmingly passed a revised $607 billion defense policy bill that restricts President Barack Obama's efforts to close the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
