France's Macron warns against escalation after Biden says Putin 'cannot remain in power'

French President Macron said he wouldn't use the same wording as President Biden to describe Putin -- a "butcher" who "cannot remain in power" -- saying his goal was a cease-fire and the withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine.
