FDA: Inadequate cleaning, testing at Ohio ice cream plant

WASHINGTON (AP) — A government investigation of Ohio-based Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams says there was inadequate testing and cleaning in its Columbus plant before listeria was found in some of its ice cream.
