EU official: Greece wasn't handed take-it-or-leave-it bid

ELMAU, Germany (AP) — A top European Union official said that Greece's creditors didn't deliver a take-it-or-leave-it ultimatum to end the standoff over the country's international bailout, disputing Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras' description to parliament of the latest creditor proposal.
