Emails show Zuckerberg targeted competitor

Mark Zuckerberg and his colleagues were so concerned about Vine, a video app from Twitter, the company quickly moved to restrict its access to Facebook user data on the day the service launched in January 2013, a trove of internal Facebook emails released by the U.K. Parliament on Tuesday show.
