'Downright stupid:' Ana Navarro rips Ted Cruz's trip

CNN's Ana Navarro says that Sen. Ted Cruz's (R-TX) family trip to Cancun, Mexico, while millions of people in his state were without power in freezing temperatures was "downright stupid."
