Domestic violence charge dismissed against Rice

A domestic violence charge against Ray Rice, the former NFL star who knocked his girlfriend unconscious in a casino elevator, was dismissed Thursday and dropped from his record. Judge Michael Donio signed off on the move after the former Baltimore Ravens running back completed a pre-trial intervention program, which required a minimum one year of attendance. Rice was charged with aggravated assault in February of last year for knocking out his now-wife Janay.
