DeMaio accuser pleads guilty over threatening email

SAN DIEGO (AP) — An aide to former congressional candidate Carl DeMaio pleaded guilty Friday to obstruction of justice for telling federal investigators that he believed a threatening email he sent to himself received may have been authored by the candidate.
