Defense in NY man's 4th murder trial: Wrong man prosecuted

SCHOHARIE, N.Y. (AP) — The defense attorney for a wealthy New York man being tried a fourth time in the 2001 death of his estranged wife says authorities are prosecuting the wrong man.
