Debbie Allen, Tracee Ellis Ross to be honored by Essence

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Debbie Allen, "black-ish" star Tracee Ellis Ross and entertainment attorney Nina Shaw will be honored by Essence magazine at its pre-Oscars luncheon later this month.
