DA: Prosecution deferred in Waldorf Astoria gunfire incident

NEW YORK (AP) — A spokesman for the Manhattan district attorney says a prosecution into a gunfire incident at the famous Waldorf Astoria hotel is being deferred while an investigation is continuing.
