Cuomo: De Blasio plan to keep NYC schools closed just 'opinion'

Mayor Bill de Blasio announced Saturday the closing of New York City public schools for the rest of the academic year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, while New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said the move must be a Metropolitan-wide based decision.
