(AP) — In a story July 18 about the deaths of a correctional officer and an inmate following a brief altercation at a Pennsylvania prison, The Associated Press, relying on information from Luzerne County officials, misidentified the inmate. He is Timothy D. Gilliam Jr., not Tracy Gilliam.
