Correction: Navy Sonar story

SEATTLE (AP) — In a story Nov. 12 about expanded Navy warfare training, The Associated Press reported erroneously the effect of a Navy proposal on air-to-surface missile exercises. Air-to-surface missile events would decrease under the plan, not increase.
